It should be possible to ceate a first step on the route directly from the
"Route" tab

If we go to the "Route" tab just after the route has been created, there is no
way to start adding steps. It should be possible to add a first step, and just
after the addition of that first step, we should get back to the "Route" tab of
the parent Route. (versus using the "new document" button, that drives the user
to the newly created step, getting him lost).
