Make it possible to unvalidate a template

The button, called "Revision", change the state of the Route template so that
it can be editable again.
The ideal feature would have been a kind of " private working copy" with branch
versionning, to avoid making the previous version of the template unavailable
while making a revision, but this is not a priority.
