Add a button "Mark as sent" on draft outgoing mails

On draft outgoing mails, add a button "Mark as sent" that makes the mail go
into "Sent' tab.
Currently, users have to distribute the mail in the application to make it go
from draft to sent, but outgoing mails are generally not distributed in the
application.
