Certificate generation

As a user who doesn't have a certificate, I can ask for one.
I go to the "Users & Groups" tab.
I look for my personal user entry via the search. I click on my name and then I
click on tab "Signature"
System informs me that I do not have a certificate yet.
I click on the button " Generate certificate".
System asks me a password.
I input a password.
=> System checks that it's not the same than the logging password + should be
at least 8 characters
=> System creates a certificate and stores it in the certificate directory with
user name - generation date- revocation date (empty)
=> System displays a message "Certificate created".
=> System record a event in the audit lot "certificate generated".
