Add a business ID generation scheme to Nuxeo File documents

The field "uid:uid" should be leveraged to store an automatically built ID, at
creation time. The buisiness ID would be incremented one by one, with the
prefix "NXDM-" :"NXDM-1" , "NXDM-2".
All the versions and proxies of a document have the same business ID.
The business ID is displayed on the summary tab on the top right part where we
would see:

Note that this business ID generation scheme can be unactivated and replaced
with something done in Studio for custom generation scheme and with the use of
Fn.GetNextId("") function in automation
