Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit nuxeo.conf: add debug substring to java_opts: -Xdebug
-Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,address=8787,server=y,suspend=n
2. Run nuxeoctl.exe
3. Press 'Start'
Application simply crashes.
Debugging under Linux works OK
