Fix default studio distributions

Default distributions are broken:
- zipped distributions contain more that what's needed (tomcat-dm contains also
the jetty distribution and the stage one, for instance)
- when starting jetty-dm or jetty-base distributions, there's an error at
startup:

service:org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.audit.service.NXAuditEventsService
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: de/odysseus/el/ExpressionFactoryImpl

- when starting tomcat-dm, studio does not seem to be deployed
