When a Studio user configure branding with Studio, hot reloading the Studio
package makes it no possible to use the DM application because of broken theme.
On projects, it forces either to wait til the end to do the theme branding, or
to do it aside, without Studio, as one cannot afford not to do hotreload when
doing some automation chains for instance.
As a consequence, it would be very useful to have a "disable theme branding"
checkbox at the beginning of the branding interface that, when checked, would
prevent the build engine to write the corresponding extension. Then Studio user
that wants to use hot reload for content automation can do it safely.
