User ID is not displayed in page header from DAM Admin Center and DM

In the DAM Admin Center, it is only displayed "Welcome" in the page header,
when it's displayed "Welcome Administrator" in the Asset Library.
On DM, it also displays "Welcome", instead of the regular DM label "You are
logged as Administrator".
