Display an explicit message when package installation fails because instance is

When users try to install a package from the Marketplace, and that their nuxeo
instance is not registered, they are just displayed a "Page not found". They
have no indication that they need to register their instance first. So we
should display a message saying they need to register their instance to be able
to install packages and possibily redirect them on the Nuxeo Connect tab of
Admin Center.
