Maybe the good way to do is
- Keep the sentence for any layout (creation, edit, view, summary) when nothing
is defined
- Add a default layout (dc:title and dc:descrioption for create, edit and view
and the default summary in summarry) when creating a new Document type the user
can then modify it and do whatever he wants.
