TODO: it seems weird to me that widget labels can be edited on the layout
header configuration, even if they are not displayed because a specific layout
template is used.
Options i see are:
- either not make it possible to edit widget labels on this screen
- either add yes/no selector on this screen to decide wether labels should be
displayed or not (and this would be taken into account when setting the layout
template to use in the builder)
