EP-level documentation should all be moved to EP workspace (eventually)

At some point, a sweeping examination should be done of all the documentation
workspaces and EP-general documentation should be migrated to just the EP
workspace. As one example, there is quite a lot of documentation in the Studio
workspace that isn't Studio-specific. For instance, the entire set of pages
related to "Important concepts" belongs in the general EP documentation space
and not in Studio.
There's quite a lot of this spread across the various spaces -- far too much
duplication of *general* concepts that the more specific workspaces should not
be duplicating.
