WSS cannot open document when the root workspace is not accessible

When a document is opened with WSS, if the root workspace is not accessible the
operation failed. The internal mechanism uses the root workspace name as an
internal hash key.
A new SearchBasedVirtualHostedBackendfactory.java class is provided and named
PatchedSearchBasedVirtualHostedBackendfactory.java. The diff file only patches
the factory.
