add a case tree explorer

it should:
- make sure there is always a currentCase set (when clicking on a mailbox tab=>
first case of the mailbox tab)
so when I click on a mailbox:
currentMailbox is the mailbxo
currentCase is the first case for the selected tab
currentCaseItem is the first caseItem of the case
currentDocument is hte currentCase
=> check that creating a new case/caseItem still work properly (ie that it
relies on currentMailbox and not on currentDocument)
- show the case and case items in a tree
- when clicking on the case => current document == the case
- when clicking on the caseItem => currentDocuemnt == caseitem
