Important things to *not discuss*, or with an incredible decisive argument :)
1- Header, footer are fixed. The 4 areas (top left, bottom left, top right,
bottom right) have a calculated size: that way, all the areas may have customs
scroll bars.
2- In the List part (top right area), the 'item per page' tool has to be
removed, it is a non sense since there is a scroll bar: all the items are
displayed.
3- The bar in the left part, between mailboxes and the Case content list has to
be movable: when you are in the faceted search tab, you may need more space
than the mailbox tab.

We may have some issues with those points:
- create or edit: do we let the tabs on top ?
- the preview tab: the area can be too small, maybe we need to add the
possibility to minimize the top right part.
- the fact that Routes are displayed in the personal workspace.
At the end, maybe a toolbox for the RSS, Print, ZIP actions will be necessary.
