A resource service provide a way to clients to register in-bundle resources
under a name.
Resources can be retrieved later by giving the name of the resource.
One can override an existing resource by contributing a new resource under the
same name.
The resource registry can be used to share templates, icons or other type of
resources that comes packaged in Nuxeo bundles.
