Cannot tag documents when semantic entities package is installed

When the semantic entities package is installed, tagging doesn't work. When
user clicks on "Add tags" link, it seems to search indefinitely for something
(it displays the "waiter" icon next to the entity search box). And if users
clicks on "Summary" tab to stop waiting, he gets an error.
