Description:
Using a template widget, it is sometimes easier not to have to upload existing
templates again to be able to download them, but this property is required =>
it cannot be set by hand in custom properties.
Plus sometimes custom properties are set, fox instance when defining the
"required" property with a EL expression, this custom property is lost after
save.
