Improve UI to handle drag'n'drop when using large lists of metadata/rows/colums
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: NXS-432
                 URL: https://jira.nuxeo.com/browse/NXS-432
             Project: Nuxeo Studio
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: 2.0.3
            Reporter: Walid Hajeri
            Priority: Critical
             Fix For: 2.0.4

Drag'n'drop of schema's elements from right to central panel (advanced search,
document creation/edition, etc) becomes almost impossible to perform when the
central panel becomes populated with many rows or columns.
The problem is that drag'n'drop is the only way to select a schema's element on
the right-side of the screen.
For example when a user is editing a document type (ie creation or edition
layout) using more than 15 metadata rows, and he wants to put a bottom-listed
schema element such as dc:title from the right-side of the screen to the upper
part of the existing element list, no automatic scrolling allows to directly
perform that drag'n'drop. The only way to do that is to first add a row in the
central panel, drag'n'drop the element from the right, and then use the "Move
Up" feature to move the element to the top.
For advanced search and content views, the same problem exists both vertically
and horizontally since user can add columns. Moving a schema element from right
to the extrem left is even more complicated because no "Move to Left"/"Move to
Right" feature exists.
