This is useful to be able to deploy jax-rs REST apps like automation-server
without having to deploy the full stack of webengine.
the project nuxeo-webengine-jaxrs will contain only the hooks needed to start a
JAX-RS container and some helper filters and configuration classes.
The webengine-core will contain only the webengine model and will use
webengine-jaxrs to deploy as a JAX-RS application.
