Now when a version is removed only "VersionRemoved" event is triggered on the
version doc.
The desired behaviour is :
- notify a "DocumentRemoved" on the version doc , but send in the options map
the uid of the sourceDoc of this version
- notify a "VersionRemoved" document on the source doc.
