Upgrade notes:
use 'showTitle' and 'showPageSizeSelector' on content view to control display
of title and page size selector.
content_view.xhtml template now defines zone "content_view_title" instead of
"content_view_header_before_selector" and "content_view_header_after_selector"
Summary: Make it possible to hide default actions on content views
(choice of page size, title...) and to set the sentence displayed when content
