I couldn't manage to delete the files from the UNO part (the file is still open
by openoffice)
Though the problem is solve with this workaround: we are checking first if the
document is being edited by another instance using the live edit document
manager system (that detects that a document is already being edited or not)
and than removing the existing file if it is not already created.
