Hierarchical vocabularies are restricted to 2 levels for now, because generic
widgets handling n levels do not exist waiting for NXP-4935 to be solved.
However, if Studio users are willing to write xhtml templates to render more
than 2 levels, it should be possible, with appropriate warning messages for non
advanced users.
TODO: describe warnings to dsplay on vocabulary page.
