Import Layout on Document Types requires saving twice before the import is done

In some cases, like when Creation/View/Edit Layout's default values are not
empty (which is the default behaviour), if the user edit i.e. the creation
layout with some metadata, saves his works, switch to another layout such as
View, the import button has no effect. He must click again on the save button
when he's on the view layout so that the "import layout" really import fields.
