When user is on User center :
- links "Document Management" (and "Admin Center" if he is administrator) are
unabled
- link "User Center" link is desabled and in a different color
When user is on Admin center :
- links "Document Management" and "User Center" are unabled
- link "Admin Center" link is disabled and in a different color
When user is on Document Management :
- link "User Center" is unabled (and "Admin Center" if he is administrator)
- Link "Document Management" is disabled and in a different color
