Fix unit tests related to doc signing

These tests require a keystore field of simple type "store". This does not work
correctly as this is contingent on a resolution to NXP-6301.
Another fix that nees to be done is related to database persistence approach
(probably a mock directory will be added to handle these tests)
savePropertiesToDirectory(org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.signature.core.pki.TypeTest)
testSignPDF(org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.signature.core.sign.SignatureServiceTest)
testGetPDFCertificates(org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.signature.core.sign.SignatureServiceTest)
