New property added:
'gadgets.relative.urls' in opensocial.properties
'opensocial.gadgets.relative.urls' in nuxeo.conf
Default value set to 'true'.
If gadgets.relative.urls is set to 'true', gadgets.host and gadgets.port
properties won't be used to create the URL of the iFrame for a given
OpenSpocial gadget.
We will end up with something like '/nuxeo/...'.
If gadgets.relative.urls is set to 'false', the URL built will be absolute and
use the gadgets.host and gadgets.port properties. (in the case we want the
gadgets hosted on a different Nuxeo server)
