Resolution: Not A Bug
Ok so problem appears on both File and Workspace when the Workspace doc type is
redefined without the "SuperSpace" facet, as notifications are retrieved on the
current document "super space".
When Workspace does not hold this facet, notifications are retrieved on
WorkspaceRoot doc type (nearest super space) and it has no notifications
defined => nothing is shown.
Adding the SuperSpace facet solved the issue => resolve as "not a bug"
