Description:
* Move the old JSF dashboard to a new compat module:
nuxeo-platform-user-dashboard-compat

* Create a new JSF dashboard in nuxeo-user-center, tasks:
- page providers contribs
- content views contribs
- content view results in foldable box
- xhtml template to display (hardcoded) the default content views
- wf page providers, to place in jbpm-api (so that they're available on both
core and web sides)
* Remove the 'Dashboard' action from Nuxeo
* Update all Selenium tests
The new Dashboard will be available through Home > My dashboard
