Refactor the browsing ergonomy of Nuxeo Studio

The goal is to have an ergonomy closer to web habits:
* As a Studio user , when I click once on a feature category, it deploys the
feature category (ex= search and listings).
* when I click (one click) on a feature type (ex: content views), it navigates
to the feature page where I will find a presentation page and a list of all the
instances, as well as a "new" button. the feature type label (content views)
in the tree is underlined, as a usual link on the web.
* When I click just on the node of the feature type (one click), it deploys the
tree, without browsing to the feature
* When I click (one click) on an instance name, it browses to the editor of the
feature.
