Note that this is easier for maintenance as well as override (for CMF for
instance) as diffs between text files is easier than between java code ;)
Also note that default theme configuration (for palettes only) is now taken
care of when creating the branding feature, as well as when building a theme
(in case new properties have been put on the theme).
