system properties are missing in nuxeo web service

The system properties such as the life cycle state are not part of the document
snapshot object returned by the nuxeo web service
(org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.api.ws.NuxeoRemoting). We want to include them by
default in the document properties array.
We want also a mean to extend the properties fetching logic for including
optional document information such as tags.
