It will necessarly happens that the user loses, or give to some one, his pass
phrase, and then must change it. Administrator should like "reset" his account,
so that he can recreate it.
Best handling of this is to still store the previous one to be able to validate
already signed documents, but to manage a new one.
There is also the case of "the server certificates gets unvalid" and need to be
changed. What happens ?
