Description:
Case Creation
User clicks on MyCases\Draft of current mailbox.
The user creates the case by clicking on "Create a case" .
He chooses between various case types.
The case is created in draft state.
Once created, the case becomes available in the Case Tree Area, the Data Area
shows the case view.
The metadata can be modified for the case and caseItems can be added to the
case.
While the case is in Draft state, it's not possible to distribute or file the
case.
