Put user manager configuration from old documentation in the new one

The documentation of UserManager configuration, as well as user schema and
layouts, has been written in details in the old documentation:
http://community.nuxeo.com/5.3/books/nuxeo-book/html/auth-users-groups.html#auth-users-groups-conf
The authentication part seems to have been migrated and merged with other
authentication stuff, but user manager and user screens configuration is
missing.
A "how to" page has been added instead (https://doc.nuxeo.com/x/FI5H) but its
content is very poor in comparison.
