- fix red star appearing on a widget with errors: it is sometimes displayed at
the wrong place (when there are empty cells) + use a better icon
- validate other parts of the content view, advanced search and document
configurable tabs
- UI improvements: errors appearing on the feature type screen are not very
lisible, maybe we should remove them or display them differently
- launch validation when removing a resource or editing a registry entry
