Fix For: 5.4.2
Current debian package versioning for snapshots, date-based releases and
release candidates is a bit cumbersome.
Replace with the following mapping scheme:
- 5.4.2-SNAPSHOT -> 5.4.2-00+YYYYMMDD
- 5.4.2-IYYYYMMDD_xyz -> 5.4.2-00+YYYYMMDD+xyz
- 5.4.2-RC1 -> 5.4.2-00+YYYYMMDD+RC1
