User search: max number of results is not consistent with the possibility to

The default user search limits the number of results to 15.
However, the presentation of user search results now offers the possibility to
select the number of "documents" / page, which is 20 by default.
As a consequence, user is not expecting a maximum number of results. Or at
least not one that is inferior to the default number of results / page.
