A workflow is started on a document, with a destinatation life cycle that
includes a version increment.
* if the document is edited during the workflow but without version increment,
the version is correctly incremented automatically at the end of the workflow
* if the document is edited with a version increment, the version is not
incremented at the end of the workflow.
