Section content is not refreshed after a publication refusal

Fix For: 5.4.2
When a users refuses the publication of a document, he's directed on the
section "Content" tab after he clicked "Refuse". The refused document is still
displayed in the Content tab.
This occurs only when users opens the pending document from the section Content
tab, not when he opens it from his dashboard.
