We want to be able to configure marshaller in JAXB for CDATA processing. See
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E17802_01/webservices/webservices/docs/2.0/jaxb/vendorProperties.html
for more information.
We've discovered that's the property is only taken in account from the 2.2.3
JAXB version.
