On windows, Nuxeo doesn't restart as admin at the end the wizard

On Windows, user needs to start nuxeo as administrator when it's installed in
Program Files for instance. But at the end of the wizard, when it automatically
restarts, it doesn't start as an administrator and so fails to start correctly.
Same issue with the Restart server from the Admin Center.
