Merged the 2 forms in one => the 2 save buttons do the same thing
Added automatic scroll up after save so that "restart" banner is visible

But the real issue is inside org.nuxeo.launcher.config.ConfigurationGenerator
The method that extract the set of parameter that has been changed to limit
nuxeo.conf modification does not work as expected : always saves default + last
changeset
=> need to add a unit test to debug this
