"Add a gadget" list : sort categories and gadgets alphabetically

On the "Add gadget" pop up, I don't understand how categories and gadgets are
sorted by default. And when I add a new gadget and / or a new category, I can't
expect where my gadget / category will be in the list. Maybe we could sort them
alphabetically?
