    Resolution: Fixed

Nuxeo log and data directories fixed (nuxeoctl.bat checks write permissions).

If installing Nuxeo in Program Files, user must be granted write permission. 
See "icacls %1 /grant Users:F /T".
Solution is *not* installing in Program Files.

Run as Administrator also fixes the issue *but* Administrator rights are lost 
after restart (from the wizard or the admin center).

Will try to make the Nuxeo installer fix the permissions. See NXBT-296
