Make it possible to configure different themes

We can currently only configure one theme. In Nuxeo DM starting from 5.4.2, it
is possible to configure theme on domain. It should be possible to instanciate
various "theme" features in Studio, and give them a name (with the default one
automatically created when we click on the feature.
