Opening a document from search results displays the document in the context the
last opened case

When you click on a document from search results (faceted search, advanced
search, quick search), it opens the document as if it was part of the last
opened case. In the example of the screenshot attached, the case "Incoming mail
for John, cc to Smith" has only one case item, called "an outgoing mail
modified".
But when I click on a document (here called "encore un case"), it displays the
document as if it was an item of the case "Incoming mail for John, cc to Smith".
And if the user hasn't opened a case before (just logged in and searched a
document for instance), it fails to display the document at all, and just
displays the active mailbox on the current tab (which in that case is not the
mailbox in which the document is).
