Don't display the user home when user clicks on his name in the page header

When the user clicks on his name in the page header, it displays the Users &
Groups tab of the user home, with the DM logo. But there is no Home tab in CMF,
so the user may not understand where he is in the application. Maybe it would
be better to display the user's personal workspace by default ?
By the way, the same issue occurs if the user clicks on a username or group
name in the access rights tab of his personal workspace.
